Not a safe place with no security protocol.
Publié le 29 janv. 2024 sur HotelsWe were woken up around 3am by the alarm in the building, we didn’t have any confirmation if everything was okay. We didn’t know what to do until a stranger said to us everything was okay… How can we be certain that this was true and the building wasn’t actually on fire… Then by 3h30AM the "security guard" open the door to our appartment because some strange girl had supposably lost her key and said that she was staing at our appartment without any check up or information taking. We were thinking we were gonna get robbed in the middle of the night.
At 4h00AM we are packing up our stuff cause we didn’t felt safe and we didn’t knew who to trust. All of this is unacceptable. Not a safe place with no security protocol.

Good location and very near to transport’s.
The reception opening hours are not very relevant because we wait until 6:30pm to get our room keys.
The bed can be improved (very uncomfortable).

Apartment book for a night out, so suited us perfectly as location really in the thick of it!

Abdul was very helpful on reception. However there were a number of damages to our apartment and we stayed in a premier room. The bathroom door got jammed when closed fully and there were damages to the floor boards in the kitchen and wall in the bedroom.
