Perfect Hotel.

I visited Liverpool with my two grandsons and the hotel was perfectly located, friendly helpful staff and the hotel was to the highest standard, It was the icing on the cake for a lovely weekend visit. I would highly recommend the Halyard Hotel and would definitely use it again

The return of hospitality! I haven't stayed in a hotel in the UK like this one, where every single member of staff is so genuinely friendly, welcoming and keen to give you the best experience possible. The rooms and communal areas are beautifully designed, the lobby smells like a luxury spa and the only point I can deduct is that the mattress was a bit firm for our taste. Otherwise every detail had been thought of. It was a haven in the middle of the city, very quiet but so easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to see. We'll definitely be back and I'd wholeheartedly recommend to anyone visiting the city. Thank you to every member of staff, the guest experience is really what sets the The Halyard apart.

We wanted a nice place to stay in Liverpool for the match. It was a special weekend for our son. The hotel was lovely but my goodness the room was tight space wise. We booked a premium room w/ balcony in the top floor with two large beds. It was so tight we had to keep our clothes packed and keep things very neat so we had some floor space to move around. It was a nice room with the city view but I wouldnt say it was premium given the tiny size. Breakfast was nice and fast, staff very nice too.

Parking is a big no

I got to the reception. At that time they said there was no booking. Then yhey asked me to pay after i paid hotels.com No patking No coffee in the room Not impressed at all
