Stay was ok, hotel was there or there abouts. The internet was dreadful and phone signal didn’t work. This made things very difficult. The bar connected to the hotel was very loud each night.

Probably one of the better hotels in Southport… but…
Sadly: breakfast was in a sister hotel, not onsite.
Rooms quite noisy due to ineffective soundproofing - especially noisy doors at night and in the mornings.
Most staff were lovely.
I merely booked another longer staff but hotels.com showed at least 6 rooms for my stay period but the lady on reception said they were full ! Who was wrong!
So decent hotel - just need door closers, better showers and accommodate breakfast in the Grand rather than in the pub nearby.

Good location, car park is handy but a bit tight to get into - reasonable rate with hotel discount.

Stunning hotel, fabulous roof terrace
Publié le 29 juill. 2024 sur HotelsBeautiful room, lovely hotel, immaculately decorated. Harry’s roof bar is a fantastic, delicious cocktails at reasonable prices. As note you are supposed to book the roof terrace online. We’d definitely recommend a stay here, fab hotel and location
