The apartment is of an older date and seems worn down and lacking. The beds are decades old and completely gone. During our stay, there was an unreasonable amount of noise from the guests in the apartment below ours, which meant that we left a day earlier than we had paid for. We have been on holiday in Livigno 10 times and this stay is clearly our worst.

After four previous visits to Livigno, this was the worst accomodation we have experienced there. On arriving at the apartment we realised there was only a curtain in the bathroom which stopped short of the window sill by about a 6". When sat on the toilet, the people in the hotel next door could wave to you as you pondered. In the bedroom, one blind on the door but none on the windows so when you got out of bed, the people in the accomodation opposite could wave to you which was nice if you were naked. No bedside lights so when you had get up in the night, you smashed your skull on the low beams so i would recommend wearing a helmet to bed. The cooking equipment leaves a lot to be desired, even just to make a small breakfast and the toaster didnt work. We complained about the curtains and the toaster so they replaced the toaster the next day and offered us some lace curtains to erect which we declined and just hung some clothing over the windows. My wife had a virus one day and the heating & hot water wasnt working for 24 hours and it was -18 outside. We tried to call them, they were un-available so i E-Mailed. They responded 5 days later when we were back in the UK. The other guests in the acommodation had children who found it amusing to run backwards & forwards in their apartment every morning for about 2 hours in their ski boots follwed by playing with the intercom buzzer and dragging furniture around the apartment which was hilarious if you like noise. We would like to reiterate that after your every warning we intervened promptly to resolve the problems, both by notifying the owner and bringing everything that was not right.
