Great cabin

Perfect Location to Enjoy the Views

Packed with everything we needed to enjoy our stay, plus recommendations on things to do around the area. The cabin decor was perfect. We loved watching the sun rise over the mountains every morning from the perfect location. We’ll be returning.

Livingston getaway.
Publié le 3 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location. Easy access from Livinston and again on to Yellowstone N. P. Quiet serene location with great mountain and valley views. Would definitely come again. Perfect spot for all I wanted to do and see in Montana.

A lovely time in a tiny cabin: cozy

Vicky was kind enough to lend me a cast iron pan for my cooking- managed a 6 course tasting menu for 2 with the few things I had! She also got me a knife sharpener to use! I could slice tomatoes again! I would suggest getting a couple cheap plastic or wood cutting boards, because those glass boards are awful on knives.
My only complaint is that when I set my filters for searching for the kind of properties we like, I had "hot tub" as something we wew looking for, and the Dexter Peak cabin was described as having a hot tub. That was definitely not available to us when we arrived, and without even a bathtub to soak in. That was the one big bummer of our otherwise wonderful, relaxing week! Just wish we'd had the hosts tell us, "yeah, you booked when there was one, but it broke and we had to get rid of it." Would've been nice to know ahead of time.

I am not sure how our listing got checked with having a hot tub as it never has had one. The only thing I can think of is that there used to be notes saying that Chico Hot Springs was just down the road. That is disappointing. My apologies.
