Posted Jun. 15, 2024 on HomeAwayMy family and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Rustic meets modern is the perfect description. We enjoyed the decor, cleanliness, coziness, and peace of this location. In addition, the host was very accommodating. Our kids also loved the house. Great stay!

Quick weekend getaway!
Posted Apr. 27, 2024 on HomeAwayAfter a nearby owner canceled on us the night before our weekend getaway Courtney helped us and had the home ready for the next morning! She even allowed us to check in early! Lovely weekend getaway for the family.

The property doesn't have certain amenities
Posted Oct. 2, 2023 on HomeAwayThe property was in a nice place, but the porch lights doesn't work, and the property manager said we can stay untill 4 pm on sunday, but some lady came and said we have to leave by 12 pm. Then the property manager said we have to leave. And one neighbor came shouting at us saying we r loud coz we're laughing. i do not recommend this property coz the manager doesn't keep her word.

Charana completely disrespected and broke every house rule. He threw a bachelor party without my consent and had about 15 guests. I reiterated the HOA rules of only having 3 cars and he kept changing the names on the list to have more people access the community. He did inform me of the porch light not working and I told him he could plug in the string lights until I could fix it. I received a call from the neighbor the morning of his checkout saying the guests were playing loud music and the drums late at night. Also one of the guests urinated on the beach in broad daylight and another exposed his rear end. There were lots of cigarette buds left outside all over the property. Charana did not ask for a late checkout and checkout time was at noon. My housekeeper went by to clean the house for the next guests and had to ask them to leave at 1:30. His guests apologized for the incidents and started cleaning while Charana yelled, was disrespectful and put his fingers in the housekeepers face. I was on speaker phone and could hear the conversation. During his stay he sent me a message saying he loved the property, to keep the place going so he could come back and he spoke with my really nice neighbor. I have the copies of these messages. Of course this was prior to me receiving the neighbors call. I pride myself in providing the best possible experience for my guests and that is why I receive 5-star reviews and have maintained a Premier Host status. Charana is not welcomed back.

Posted Aug. 14, 2022 on HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay in this quaint little cabin by the lake. It is an older cabin but was very clean. The neighborhood felt safe and out 13 year old boys enjoyed playing by the lake and exploring. The complementary popcorn was also a big hit with our boys.

Great Staycation
