The location was wonderful and the views were magnificent . The suite was very big but they really need to train their staff on 5 star standards . There were a lot of them doing basically both just hovering . They need training. The staff at the spa were well trained though, five star ! The mosquitos were horrific. They move in clouds ! They really should fumigate ! Despite insect repellents they were still swarming you. For the amount of money they charge they really should do something about that!

Very good hotel in livingstone

Great location and very nice hotel in front of the river. Great swimmingpool, good food( service a bit too long indeed) , Nice room with balcony, and updated bathroom

tres bonne réception à l'acceuil - navette gratuite pour aller au Parc Mosi-oa-tunya (Victoria Falls) - nombres activités proposées avec prise en charge à l'hotel (nous avons fait sundowner avec petit bateau moteur au lieu du sundowner avec bateau Lady Linvingstone (plus intime) pour 10 $ de plus par personne - restauration et boissons incluses - découverte éléphants-hippopotames-marabouts-etc...) - bar à cocktails correct - restauration correcte - chambres toutes avec vue sur la Zambéze

The David is a lovely hotel, if you stay here your experience will be truly unforgettable. My room was spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking view of the Zambezi river. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend taking the sunset cruise and coordinating your excursions with their onsite concierge.

Beautiful hotel right in the river with exceptional staff. Rooms could use an update but the beds and linens very comfortable and nice quality. Difficult to get anywhere from the hotel as it’s not walkable.
