Un hôtel perdu dans la nature

A Motel Worth One-Third of What We Paid

One clerk was on speakerphone for 5+ minutes when we arrived, very rude. TV remote did not work, an attendant used button on side of TV to turn on. We could find no control to turn on the shower. My wife and I are in our 70's, took baths in a slippery bath tub; there were no handles to help lift oneself out. This has to be the last place in America that does not have a breakfast bar. I ate cereal I had brought along out of a cardboard coffee cup in my room. Three days after our stay, a $50 extra charge is still showing on my credit card. I will have to continue checking to verify it is removed. Also, we arrived at around 3:30PM, parking lot was half-full. Few cars were moved by morning. We wonder who lives there.

I Truly apologize for all the issues upon your stay. I have corrected all of the issues. I'm sorry about the Breakfast maybe in the future ,but this facility doesn't offer Breakfast.They have other Resturants in the surrounding area.The 50 incidental fee drops off after you check out.We also have rooms to accomadate your needs .We would love to have you again hope to see you in the future.if you are a wyndham member or not let me know to be awarded some wyndham points.once again Thanks!

Average hotel with little to offer

Facility is in an isolated location with almost no commercial properties nearby. Front door to lobby was missing knob; sharp metal edges were taped over so that you could put your fingers through hole to open door. We were in an accessible room that had a very heavy sliding door into bathroom. Door was misaligned in track and when I closed it, I was nearly trapped in the bathroom. It took several minutes for me pulling and pushing from the inside, and my wife helping from the outside, to slide the door open enough to exit. No breakfast option. This property does not deserve the 8.2 rating shown in the Hotels.com app.

I personally apologize for all the issues you had upon your check in. we order the door knob and it will be address once it arrives.I will correct the issues on the accessible room with the sliding door.I'm sorry we don't offer Breakfast but we have other places in the surrounding area who does.We strives to accomadate our Guest, if you're a member of the Wyndham Rewards or you can become a member and i will be gladly to rewards you. In town for a reunion and the hotel is just what we need. Great location and clean, quiet rooms. Second time staying and will be back.

Ok stay for one night. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t great & cleaning could have been better. But overall good for a quick short stay

Comfortable, clean and quiet.

The room was very comfortable and clean. My only complaints would be about the heaviness of the doors and no liquid coffee creamer. There was a coffee pot in the room, but the coffee was weak & the only creamer available. I know, 1st world issues, but for $100 a night I don’t think it’s too much to ask for a coffee station in the lobby. No handicap person could ever open or close the door to the bathroom.

I do apologize about the doors, but we do have Accessible Rooms to accomadate our Guest those types of rooms have slide doors.I Truly apologize we hope to see you again we strive to accomadate all our Guest.

The hotel was very convenient off the highway and proximity to my hometown. Very quiet and well kept.
