Comfort à Llandudno

Les installations de spa sont excellentes et les horaires d’ouverture / fermeture sont très accueillants pour les lève-tôt et les soirées de détente après une journée chargée. L'emplacement est parfait pour le front de mer et les zones commerçantes. Parking indispensable à Llandudno! Je reviendrai.

Grand old hotel on seafront with excellent sea views and traditional values. Breakfast very good and food at chantreys also high quality and good value. Slightly old fashioned and largely an elderly clientele

Excellent stay at the imperial, very clean & comfortable, staff very friendly & helpful, breakfast very good with quality produce, we had one evening meal which was good & the desserts very excellent! I’d certainly recommend the hotel & book again ..

Lovely room (although bed a bit too hard). Helpful, friendly reception staff. Comfortable seating areas. Nice spa facilities. Convenient location. Good for solo travelers.

We had an amazing stay at the Imperial, which was a belated celebration for my 50th Birthday. We found a parking space on the hotel car park, received a lovely warm & friendly welcome upon our arrival by Receptionists Charlotte & Olivia & upon check-in they advised our room was ready early & we'd been given a surprise upgrade to a seaview suite. When we entered the suite we were taken aback by how stunning it was & on the table was a birthday card & voucher for us to each have a complimentary glass of prosecco during our stay, which we enjoyed with our lunch in the Terrace. Our table looked out to sea & we were well looked after during our meal by a lovely friendly & attentive waitress whose name I didn't get. Food was delicious & we felt very relaxed. Our bathroom was huge & it was good to have a bubble bath with nice toiletries after an afternoon out in the sun. We enjoyed the pianist & atmosphere in the bar whilst having a glass of wine before going out for the evening, we enjoyed a nightcap when we got back & saw toothpaste had even been kindly left in our room for us after I mentioned we forgot ours. We had a good night sleep, a nice sauna/swim in the Mint Condition Spa in the morning followed by a hearty breakfast where we were again given a nice table in the Terrace by a waiter who ensured we were well looked after. The hotel's attention to detail is amazing & the attentiveness, efficiency & friendliness of all the staff was wonderful & they made our stay very special.
