Tout était impeccable. L accueil impeccable du personnel de la réception. Gérant arrangeant. Chambre familiale pour un couple et une ados parfaite. Hôtel donnant sur la très belle corniche. Tout est a 5min a pieds.

Great hotel near the Bay that provided a really nice hotpot, water, instant coffee or tea, and biscuits which was greatly appreciated. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was updated with great shower.

Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsThe staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The updated parts of the hotel are very nice however our room was very tired/outdated. Hopefully the renovation will continue so it will match the standard of hospitality .

Very accomadating
Publié le 17 août 2024 sur HotelsI had made a mistake with my booking and booked for the wrong day, the hotel were very accomadating and allowed us to book an extra night. We were travelling with two young children and the staff made a big deal out of them which they loved. The hotel is slap bang in the center of the peer just as advertised. Would recommend to others.

They are very knowledgable about the area and give us hint and tips on activities to do while out exploring. Breakfast was lovely and very reasonably priced. Lovely hotel right on the sea front, great value for money.

Lovely ocean view from our window. Wear earplugs because the seagulls like to tap on it at 5:30am, expecting to be fed (or draw the curtains). Appreciated the onsite parking. Overall, basic, small room, decent bed, nice hot shower and a very pleasant time.

Hotel very tired and room made smaller by eclectic mix of unnecessary furniture. Worst part though was awful smell of sewage in lift and bathroom

Hi Gayle, thank for your review. I am unsure what you found tired in the room you had stayed in as that room has a modern bathroom and new furniture. You had paid 67.50pp for a sea view room which is one of the best for value in whole of Llandudno. You didn’t inform us about any smells during your stay as we could have looked into it for you.
