Convenient but showing its age

Check-in staff did not communicate the parking arrangements fully, only by double checking later ourselves did we avoid a fine. Bathroom was remodelled, but had holes in the door. All windows except one were painted shut and the final window was not operating properly.

Me & my daughter just staying for a night, very happy with the hotel. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is amazing, catering everyone’s needs. Will definitely visit this hotel again

Room was clean & basic could do with updating, Staff was helpful especially the lady with the long eyelashes (didnt get her name no one wore a name badge)she got us a car parking spot & helpful when we asked for the nearest Chinese.

Close to town staff very good good food and service
However room 126 is awful small shower tiny and floods extremely noisy every floorboard creaks very loudly can hear every noise from higher floors water gushing people using bathroom when.we spoke to reception she said yes its not a good room next time request a nice room! Obviously aware it was bad why have it in use if they are aware of it!shower very small no shelf when door closes u cant open it to get out high step to get in it also
