The room was very run down , wallpaper peeling off the walls, all the furniture in the room and downstairs were covered in cheap nylon stretch covers, plastic tablecloths, the shower barely trickled with water, when you flushed the toilet it took almost half an hour for the system to refill so you had the noise of constant running water, on the top floor you could actually see daylight through a crack in the ceiling, definitely nothing like the pictures on the website .

I knew you gonna write something not nice. The first minute you walked in, you already started moaning no parking no lift. We have informed you those details when you made booking. The room actually is better than pic online now we have replaced brand new 52 inches TV. We use cover because it’s easy to send it to wash it. We can’t send sofa or chair to wash daily can we ? How can you see the daylight through the ceiling if there is one more floor on top of you. Served you a nice hot full breakfast in the morning you gave me unhappy face as return.

Breakfast was good. The building is old and everytime anyone in the rooms above walked across the floor our ceiling lights creaked and made noise, a lot of the floorboards creaked loudly when you walked on them. We stayed for 4 nights and, even with the clean room sign on the door, we never received any fresh towels?

Sorry about the noisy. there was family with 3 kids stayed for 5 nights above your room. We did clean your room every day. You could simply tell us you need fresh towels during the breakfast. Usually guests would leave them on the bathroom floor or inside bath we will replace them. If they are kept on towel rail we wouldn’t touch it.

Shower needed attention in Room 9 and there were no handles on bath and it was slippery. Towels are usually matching in colours. Expected a room with sea view but it was a bit of a challenge to see the sea! Good breakfast although problem in getting the choice correct. Beware of extra hot plates. Hotel nice and clean and in a central location.

A pretty dated property. The ceiling was caving in and I felt like I was going to fall through the floor. Not worth the money in my opinion. Staff were lovely and accommodating though.
