Good size room, free parking needs improvement
Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HotelsVery disappointing first of all, I rang the hotel regarding the breakfast situation for my family and was told breakfast is included on phone on all booking... After booking they then wanted money for breakfast and blamed her family member for giving the wrong information...
Positives: room size is good and parking is free, modern looking from a distance and relatively clean.
Sadly negatives: Showing signs of damp on the walls and has a horrible smell which is covered up by air fresheners everywhere. Not very flexible with checking in times and leaving times quite early 10 am when most are 11am.

Thank you for your review. I did apologise for the mix up about breakfast but it does state on your booking that breakfast is not included. I am quite flexible with check ins and if I am around I willCheck people in early but I do have a life outside of work and as I have no staff this isn’t always possible the same with a late check in. You were quite rude with your messages and did change your mind about the check in times various times as I said I do have a life outside of work. There is no damp in these rooms but we do have air fresheners in all our rooms to keep them smelling sweet. We have had no other complaints with regards to a horrible smells and we have not noticed anything either that room has been let out many times this season. You don’t come to us with any of these complaints as we could have sorted them out if they existed. Thank you for ringing the bell and throwing the key on the doorstep this morning luckily I got there before another guest could trip on them. I feel this review is the result of a misunderstanding with regards to breakfast you maybe could have payed more attention to the clean well furnished rooms that you had and the magnificent views from the gardens wishing you all the best

Had a great stay Taldwrst.
Owner Louise was very accommodating, thank you.
Our one quibble would be that there was only one toilet roll and no hand soap. Remains of the soap was watered down. Simple amenities such should be readily available.
We would definitely stay again if coming Wales again.

As you were only in for one night we wouldn’t have thought more than one toilet roll would be needed and so sorry about the hand soap I must have missed that it needed replacing if you had asked I would have done this immediately hope you enjoyed the rest of your plans.

Nice comfortable stay.

Very easily accessible when walking the Anglesey Coastal Path, very friendly and helpful host, lovely and clean room, good choice of hearty traditional food, good quality coffee, tea and beer.
