Mould around windows, room needed some TLC chips in furniture, overall room was clean

Absolutely beautiful location, short walk to the river which made for a lovely evening stroll. Staff were friendly & knowledgeable.

No aircon in the rooms. Stay was ok. Didn’t use any facilities.

No heating in room. Tried radiator, tap fell off. Reported to desk. Moved to nother room overnight. Back to 1st room. Electric heater now in room. Towel wrapped round leaking radiator.
Bed bag of springs. No room service. No way to control room lights from bed. No side/bedlights.
