Regarding the issue of lights and noise caused by the main house guests parking in front of the cottage, we understand how this can impact your privacy and comfort. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will make sure to communicate this potential issue more explicitly to future guests and provide suggestions on how to mitigate any disturbances they may experience. Regarding the presence of bugs and insects, we are aware that our property is located in Llano, Texas, where extreme heat during the summer months can attract various critters such as the spider web on the porch you mentioned. We take pest control seriously and have regular inspections and treatments in place. However, we acknowledge that in such an environment, it may be challenging to completely eliminate all insects. We will work with our pest control provider to address this matter and take appropriate measures to minimize any future issues.
