Everything was fine ! Free breakfast, pool, water slide , bedroom was clean and perfect temperature! The receptionist was really sweet and smiled all the time

The pool/waterslide area was fantastic! The public areas & rooms were very clean & well maintained.
Front desk staff also fantastic until it came to an item that was left behind in room. I called within hours of check out and was able to get someone to pick item up but no accountability for my item. Also the continental breakfast being provided by the on site restaurant, bad experience. Only allowed 1 drink, very limited meal - with extremely rude staff both days we were there.
Toss up if we'd ever stay there again though.

We are so pleased that you enjoyed the pool and slides Julie. Our complimentary breakfast is a traditional breakfast in the restaurant. Most guests enjoy that type of breakfast. I do apologize for your experience with us Julie. I do hope that you give us another try.

my grand kids loved the pool. nota fan of there kind of continental breakfast. did not have time to sit and wait forbreakfast. i prefer to grab and go
