I didn’t like them charging my crdit card without consent. Not even the right one. Didnt like how rude front desk staff are

ok place, bad area. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. The area is super shady, and I had to bring all my tools up 3 floors (no elevator) to prevent theft. Would not stay there again.

Walked in and walked out. There was no way I was sleeping there. I didn’t even want to set my stuff down.

The only advantage to this property was the short distance to a sporting venue I needed to get to often. This hotel is overpriced, no elevator, room carpet is old & dirty. Would not recommend, would not stay there again.

Booked room with queen bed got a double, the floor room stairs all the way had to go to the bar to get someone to check us in. Not a nice area in town

Bugs in the a/c, old dirty carpet. Downtown, not a safe location. Refused refund, I was in the room for 5 mins.

We’re not told there was no elevator and we were put on the third floor 77 years old with a bad knee. Still charged for our room after not staying!

I've never seen a smaller hotel room, and yet they call it a suite. I guess because the room had a 2 burner/sink/mini fridge concoction, they can call it a suite. My plans had changed and I needed to check out 2 days earlier than my reservation ended. Even though I checked out before 11am they made me pay for additional night.
