This lovely house located at S"Estanyol de Mitjorn, will make feel 6 guests like at home. Welcome to this one floor beautiful house ideal for couples, with or without kids. You will love the furnished porch with a table and chairs where you can prepare a delicious meal at the mobile barbecue to enjoy with your dear ones.
Upon entering you will find a cosy living-dining room equipped with air conditioning where you can watch TV, listen to music or simply relax on the sofa. The independent gas kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms: two of them with two double beds and the third with two single beds. All three bedrooms have an electric radiator each. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are provided. The house has a bathroom with bathtub.
S'Estanyol is a quiet area, but you will find restaurants and bars, and a little supermarket. Only 300 meters distance, there is a wonderful beach where you will feel like at paradise. Another 2km distance separate you from sa RĂ pita, another lovely beach with more range of services. Don't miss visit the idyllic Es Trenc beach, at only 6km from you, famous for its white sand and crystalized water. We also recommend to visit Palma, where you will be able to do touristic routes from there, cultural trips or going shopping. A car is recommended if you want to explore the rest of the island.

groĂzĂŒgige RĂ€umlichkeit, Lage durch die verwahrlosten GrundstĂŒcke in der Nachbarschaft nur mĂ€Ăig
der Ferienort ist charmant, weil recht ursprĂŒnglich. Nahezu nur spanische GĂ€ste, viel Ruhe und kleine nette Lokale im Umfeld. Das Haus ist gepflegt und groĂzĂŒgig geschnitten, die Betten von guter QualitĂ€t. Die Ausstattung ist leider nur spartanisch, mit drei GĂ€sten gerade ausreichend, bei mehreren Personen aber sicher unterdimensioniert. So gibt es beispielsweise keine Liegen und nur vier StĂŒhle fĂŒr die AuĂenterrasse, die zur StraĂe zeigt. Der groĂe Innenhof und die Dachterrasse sind wenig charmant.
La casa molto confortevole e completa di tutto. Pulizia e la cura eccellenti. Non ho niente di negativo da notare. Unica pecca la gestione della lâagenzia..molto complicato e macchinoso e le risposte non arrivano in tempo. Siamo stati in periodo di grande alluvione..non sono neanche preoccuparti se stiamo bene. Ă spiacevole contesto..incasso fatto e il resto non conta.
