Weird system with one concierge serving two different hotels, the budget and the expensive. Very bad leak in the bathroom that never got fixed. The staff was rude at reception. No towels were provided for the pool!

Ok for the price

Area looks a bit run down but inside is nice. Comfortable bed, very small bathroom and balcony. Decent buffet breakfast but the male chef could do with a refresher on customer service.

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble, la chambre était très propres mais gros problème d’insonorisation (on entend tout se qui se passe dans le couloir ou les chambres voisines) Le personnel est accueillant

We had half board, and the variety of foods at breakfast and evening meal,catered for everyones needs, we both enjoyed trying all the options available and wasn't disappointed. The staff were very polite. The hotel was very quiet, being adults only is a good option. A slight negativity, is people smoking on the balconys with the smell drifting into our room if we had the balcony door open. The walls are not sound proofed so you do hear some noise from the neighbours. A double bed rather than two singles beds would be better for couples but was acceptable. The pool facilities were very nice very good. The beach was a short walk away and very nice, if you like sangria and mojito or a massage then your onto a winner available all day long on the beach 😀. The sea was very clear not too deep and good for a swim. Overall a very good holiday.

Basic tourist hotel in a very touristy part of Mallorca. Definitely catering for a German budget traveller. Certain areas of hotel need some deep cleaning, especially floors. Reception toilets had no locks and graffiti on door frames. Rooms are modern but quite basic. Again the floors quite dirty but otherwise clean. I would say this hotel is 2-3 stars. A buffet restaurant that had a good variety of food if somewhat a bit of a canteen feel. The breakfast area was absolute bedlam and long queues for coffee, but quality of food fairly good overall. If you get it for a good price and lower expectations then you might find this hotel not too bad. Pool was nice but a bit rowdy. Pool bar women told me only drinks from pool bar can be drank in the pool area?! 3€ for a Pepsi that tasted flat. Very popular with a mostly German crowd. That didn’t bother me personally.
