Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay but found the kitchen hit and miss. No dish towels and maybe 3 glasses. Also there wasn’t really a pot to cook soup or oatmeal in. The rest was fine.

Short stay to see the Henry Mts
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was an affordable stay. Cute place. Fit our needs. Not very clean. Some broken furniture when we got there. There was no toilet paper or paper towels when we arrived. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher. There were no dish cloths or dish towels in the kitchen. Made it hard to hand wash dishes. There were no baking dishes for the oven. This made it tough for some meals we had pre planned. Shower took a while for the water to get hot. Overall we had a good trip and made some memories.

This place had everything. Such. Great space and the owners made sure that everyone you need for vacation stay is there. We loved the place

Just what we needed for a couple days at capitol reef.
Publié le 8 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayCute rental. Was nicely updated. Met all our needs for the couple of days we stayed there. Was 30 minutes from Capitol Reef. About 2 hours from Goblin Valley. Our kids love the loft! That was a fun addition. Had a couple quirks, but nothing to dissuade us from staying. The shower took a long time to warm up, but was fine after that.

National Parks Trip
Publié le 18 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy sister and i went to The Mighty Five and Mesa Verde National Park. The atay in Blanding waa very comfortable. Good shower pressure, thermostat control. We just needed to be patient for thw hot water

The outside of the property was unkept. When I booked there weren’t pictures of the outside of the property, and I understand why now. When we arrived there was a strong cat smell. We determined it came mainly from a cloth covered beanbag which we asked the owner to remove. The air was still filled with pet odor, smoke, and musk. There was proper bedding for 5 people, advertised for 8. The blinds were dirty, there were cobwebs, the towels were wet upon arrival. We had to ask for washcloths. There was something off with the water heater situation. One of us took an ice cold shower. Is the water heater shared with the occupants of the other rooms?? One of the beds could use a new mattress, it was sunk in the middle. If you are going to run a vacation rental certain cleanliness and maintenance standards should be met.
