Hotel d'étape pour visiter le Swaziland

2 nuits dans cet hotel pour visiter le Swaziland.Pas d'activités ou de visites proposées. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux . Galerie marchande en face de l'hôtel avec plusieurs restaurants. Plus motel que hotel, un peu vieillissant , mais correct.

I had a garden room -- horrible! Unfortunately for me, I was stuck and had to stay my entire 8 days because I made a huge mistake of paying upfront for the entire stay -- big mistake, never again! I saw cockroaches in the room twice... The air-conditioning leaked water, so one side of the bed was always wet and slippery. I stayed 8 days; had to drop 2 extra towels on the floor every day so it absorbs water and the maddening sound of dripping water. The towers were soaked in water each day yet nothing was ever done to fix the issue. The noise isolation between the rooms is a joke: the garden cottages are separated one from another by a door, made of pressed carton or something like that. The door has a huge opening at the bottom part so you hear literally everything happening in the next room; and I mean... everything... Very unpleasant to deal with the reception, arrogant and unwilling to help.

Reasonable standard for the price. Bathrooms need a spruce up and please sort out your shower heads

No frills

Comfortable overnight stay. Nothing to be excited about. Bathroom area looks and feels dated. Little attention to detail in the room and bathroom. Breakfast - salt & pepper condiments were filthy dirty and not wiped down from previous use by other guests. Disgusted!

The room was so big and clean. Breakfast was the best. Had struggles getting an iron for my morning outfits which was quite annoying. Otherwise excellent services.

Friendly staff. Ncamiso (the waiter/server) always helpful and always going the extra mile 10/10
