Wonderful host and food

Highly recommend as a perfect stop off if you’re travelling north 😊👍

What a lovely Inn
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe were travelling back from the Open at Troon and couldn’t have found a better place to stay and relax. What a wonderful Inn. Morag provided a lovely dinner. The rooms were very clean and well serviced. The large bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Thoroughly recommend if you are in the area.

One of the loveliest B&B experiences ever. Morag, our hostess was a treasure. Her culinary skills and hospitality were exceptional. We stopped for an overnight enroute to Isle of Skye...a respite we won't soon forget.

Hidden Gem
Publié le 18 sept. 2023 sur HotelsThe Hightae Inn is a little gem. It’s clean, beautifully decorated and quite obviously run with much thought and love. We had such a friendly welcome and Morag was a superb host throughout. Our evening meal (at extra cost) was 3 courses of amazing food with expert flavourings. Morag is an amazing cook. Highly recommended and yes we will be back for another stay soon.

Morag is a perfect host, very welcoming and friendly. The room was immaculately clean. The food was also amazing, with homemade breads and deserts. It’s worth staying here just for the food.

Superb!
Publié le 3 oct. 2022 sur HotelsAnother superb stay at The Hightae. This a gem of a place - spotlessly clean, warm and cosy and the most friendly of service. Food is absolutely delicious. Can’t recommend this highly enough.
