Told front desk room had roaches and nothing was done so I checked out

So much trash and furniture outside my room like they were treating a room for bed bugs. I felt unsafe. Saw cockroaches in my room. I wont be returning.

This property looked like it was clean, but it really was not clean. Took my shoes off the floor was dirty and sticky. They had a phone with no cord and the TV was the same, no local channels. You had to use your account to there Netflix, bravo, Disney, prime, and so on. Which I did not use. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Although our stay was good, I had requested a late checkout and apparently the guy who checked me in the day before didn't make a note on it. In the morning, the guy who checks the rooms just walked in. If I hadn't had the top latch locked, he would've been standing at the foot of the bed. I brought my concern to the receptionist in the office and he apologized. He said the guy was new, but there was also no note on the late checkout. Communication is important, so please, if you have a late checkout, make sure they write it down so nobody goes in your room without knocking. Other than that, the stay was good.
