When i checked in my room, i had to pack back up and move rooms because the a/c was not working.

Not sure how this hotel has as many good ratings as it does. Upon checking in, I was told there was no hot water, but still charged the $100 deposit. Walking through the hotel to get to my room, it's dirty. My bed was covered in hair and I had to request new bed sheets. It was really late when I checked in unexpectedly, or else I would have went else where. When I left the next day, the elevator was broken so I had to take all of my luggage down 3 flights of stairs. Do not recommend this place at all.
