this is the worst motel ever i stayed, it’s dirty and a lot of dust in the motel, it smells bad and they charged us more than what we reserved in expedia . we booked two nights to stay but we stayed one night and didn’t go back for the second night. I recommend not to stay there

Sorry for inconvenience. However you stated you you will be back in night and told us to hold the keys. Another thing is that u felt it is dirty and smelly then u should have come right back for cancellation. This is unfair when u make such comment when we do our best to provide excellent service where we upgraded your room from full bed to queen bed without charging extra for upgrade.

The Hotel was quiet, but out dated. There is indoor pool( No water in it) The bar next to it is nice.

False advertisement. No pool. No breakfast. Had to go back and forth about my kids being on the reservation because they wanted to double charge me.

Sorry to say when you called we had confirmed that there is no pool in operation and as far am additional charge sometime guest shows up with additional person therefore we have to inform guest that there is additional charge. Once we verified your booking, we notice it is included and we did inform you that all charges are included. In addition we did list that we don’t provide breakfast. Therefore please read fine print carefully then book your booking.
