House was great have rented from Wendy a year ago. Good experience. There always something that is unexpected but nothing that kept us from enjoying our stay.

Fun Family Getaway
Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had an unfortunate issue with HVAC not working. Host warned me a day or two before the stay, and was in communication in attempts to getting it fixed. Seemed to do what was in his power to get it all sorted out. Nice space for a big gathering, close proximity to lake.

Beautiful Home on Ute Lake

Great Family Time

Family gathering.
Publié le 15 août 2022 sur HomeAwayLovely grounds and the home was comfortable. The only problem the trash dumpster was completely full and we had to take our on trash to the dump. We would certainly stay again.
