A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. There's an onsite 24-hour business center. Free breakfast is served daily. An indoor pool, a vending machine, and a television in a common area are also featured at Baymont by Wyndham Logan. Self parking is free.
Made a reservation got checked in left, went to dinner and site seeing to come back and went to room which was occupied by someone else that i opened the door on. Was very embarrassing.
Terrible experience. Kids were loud running up and down the hallway water flooded our bathroom from up above out of the light fixture changed rooms just to have it smell like smoke also that was very uncomfortable in the second room.
The breakfast was lackluster. Gravy, microwaved, egg, patties, biscuits, and bagels and some cereal, boxes and milk.
I understand grab and go, but we've had much better options at hotels with comparable charges and fees.
The stair is going upstairs to the second floor. Need a good vacuuming. And I should've realized that there is absolutely no elevator. Should've read that in the description.
This day and age it wouldâve been nice to have USB ports to help charge my electronics. Outlets were not convenient for what needed charged. Also walked in to the room and the toilet was running.
The hotel was definitely older, which is fine. But it took me several minutes to get the room door open. The room had a weird smell, I still can't place it but it was weird. The AC also barely worked and I ended up opening the window, thankfully it could open, in order to sleep. I had the jetted tub and was going to use it but the cleanliness of the drain and jets was a little sketchy so I chose not to use it. Toilet was also quite a pain to flush, if it did at all.
Decor was dated but that is whatever honestly. It just seemed old and musty. Bed was fine.
Overall definitely not worth the $327 they charged for ONE night.
This place is basic and definitely not worth the price. It looks tired and dated from the minute you walk in. There is a fish tank with no fish! The carpet in the âlobbyâ is worn and faded. The front desk staff was pleasant. They gave us a room on the second floor then directed us to the stairs. No elevator! This was not mentioned on their website or on Hotels.com. We then requested a first floor room. None available. So my husband with stage IV cancer and I in my walking boot lugged our bags up the stairs. No offer to help from any of the three people at the desk. The room was tiny and dingy. Same worn carpet with visibly worn surfaces on all of the Formica surfaces. The chairs at the table had stains on them. The bathroom was a box, but it was clean. The toilet ran on and off our entire stay. The free breakfast of egg disks, runny oatmeal, stale bagels and biscuits, (no meat) and pre-packaged muffins was a joke. I saw no fruit either morning we were there. We had to get new key cards several times because they wouldnât work on the outside door closest to our room or on our room door. Of course this meant multiple trips up and down the stairs. For $250+ per night I felt robbed. The area is very nice which is why I didnât give one star.
Room was last at the end of the hall (127). It had obviously been used prior as a conference room. It had a murphy bad. It had a king mattress on box springs on a frame, ON THE FLOOR. 16-18 inches top to bottom. All the furniture was mismatched. The TV stand/dresser doors were falling off and located 22 feet from the bed. The TV was only able to be turned up so high and was hard to hear that distance from the bed. Bed was poor, small pillows worse. Bedspread frayed and ripped on top in very poor condition. Internet did NOT work. Room telephone did NOT work. Front desk unhelpful. Bathroom was even worse. Ceiling peeling off in multiple locations, toilet loose at floor and 16 inches from shower/tub, small sink with NO place to put anything. bedside lamps were lousy. Hotel to cheap to equip with 3 way bulbs. Free breakfast was so bad we left and went across the street to McDonalds. WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS CHAIN AGAIN.
Staff was polite and helpful both day and night. Breakfast attendant worked efficiently to keep breakfast stocked. Maid service throughout hotel was kind and friendly. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Also was close proximity to all the hiking trails we were planning to visit â„ïž
Beds were very comfortable, it was clean, and staff was pleasant and helpful. Only real negative was the breakfast, very few options and they ran out of a lot before we got there. If you are looking for a free breakfast this doesnât really cut it. It would be helpful if they had a waffle iron, some more hot items, a variety of fruit, and a juice machine. Different varieties of tea would also be a nice addition. Step it up Baymont!
Staff was friendly. Location good. Rooms need updating painting chipping over shower, sink faucet loose, carpet needed cleaning on stairways. Breakfast okay needed more variety.
Very friendly staff. Clean hotel. The suite room is very nice comfortable bed room was clean. The jetted tub was great. Good breakfast. Great place to stay while visiting the parks great 2 nights stay
The staff was helpful and friendly, from housekeeping to food service to the front desk personnel. The room had some outdated items (90s flashback) but was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The cable situation was a bit annoying as it was not a smart TV and there was no guide so you just had to keep flipping to find the channels you wanted and you couldn't stream from your device. Oh, and there's no elevator. It's only 2 stories, so wasn't a big deal other than when moving in and out, as we had a large cooler that was full when we arrived that had to be carried upstairs.
I really liked this property. It was clean and comfortable. There were only 3 things that I didn't like. The sink was not in the bathroom and the bathroom was hard to maneuver since it was so small. The toilet ran off and on. The water pressure for showering was fantastic but the shower curtain was too short so the floor got soaked. I will stay again but I will request a handicap room. I will definitely recommend it to people I know.
