Fantastic house on the lake!

Met our needs
Posted Feb. 27, 2024 on HomeAwayHeating was difficult to regulate due to having to use space heaters. Kitchen and baths were clean but dust and cobwebs were visible in common areas. Overall it served our needs. There was a great view of the lake and allowed for viewing beautiful sunsets. Thanks for being pet friendly.

Wonderful Time at the Lake!
Posted Sep. 21, 2023 on HomeAwayCan’t say enough about this cute little Cabin/Lakehouse that looks right over Ute Lake! Quiet location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! We came in from Albuquerque, NM with our pontoon boat and so enjoyed our time! Boat dock right around the corner. Will definitely rent again when we return to the lake! You can’t go wrong with this rental and host! Thank you Wendy for sharing your place with us!
