Clean house yard overgrown
Posted Nov. 2, 2024 on HomeAwayHouse was clean and well stocked. However, the yard needed mowed. Grass was very high and weeds blocked the walking path to the house. Electronic lock to the door was ridiculously difficult to lock. Took about 10 minutes to get the lock to work each time we left the house.

Cute old home
Posted Sep. 22, 2024 on HomeAwayWe enjoyed our short stay at this charmingly updated old home near the heart of downtown Logan. It had everything we needed. However, the lock on the back door is super temperamental. Based on the recent reviews for the property, this is not a new issue. It really needs fixed. And the cobwebs around the ceiling moldings, especially in the dining room, need cleared out. Other than those two items, it is a great property.

Good location, decent price
Posted Sep. 15, 2024 on HomeAwayHouse was clean and appropriate. Some areas were lacking such as cleanliness of backyard with overgrown cut grass and a/c circulation to upstairs rooms. We slept on ground floor because it felt atleast 10 degrees difference in temp. None of them deal breakers but something that could be remedied or specified in description.

Clean home, served it’s purpose!
Posted Jun. 23, 2024 on HomeAwayHouse was fairly priced. It is situated in a neighborhood, but backyard is fenced for privacy. The home has character and was very clean. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of hiking.

Just okay
Posted Mar. 17, 2024 on HomeAwayThe property was very easy to access and very clean. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the back door was standing wide open. The house is in a very rough location with sketchy looking homes on either side and directly across the street. Upon entering, we had to ensure that no one had broken into the home. The lock on the back door DOES NOT WORK. When reaching out to the owner to ask for someone to come repair, it was essentially disregarded as “the weather made the door swell.” We were told to go in and out the front door. All good, except there is a door to the home that DOES NOT LOCK in a neighborhood that feels less than safe. In addition to the fact that the homes next door look suspect, there is a German Shepherd caged in the backyard next door that barks incessantly. If you’re coming for a relaxing weekend, this dog will ensure you don’t achieve it! Finally, this property should not list a hot tub. You cannot easily access it (walk through the grass with no way to get into it as others mentioned) and it’s practically sitting under the windows of the neighbors’ house with the caged German Shepherd directly on the other side of the fence. No thank you! That was a huge bummer. Overall, it was fine, but I would not stay here again and would recommend others book with caution.
