Had to wait about two hours at the lobby to get the key to my room. Unacceptable!!!!! Also, I requested to change the reservation, I was told they couldn’t do it. Not happy at all with this hotel.

I'm sorry you weren't happy with your stay. We can NOT make changes to any 3rd party reservations, if you book through a 3rd party website the reservations come to us as is and adjustments simply cannot be made. Your wait however sounds unacceptable and we will be looking into this matter.

DEPLORABLE ACCOMODATIONS

Decided to not stay for even one night, let alone two, that I prepaid. We checked in and out the first evening without using the room. The entire facility is in tremendous need of being updated and your promotional pictures exhibit only your false advertising. I would like a full refund!

Had to switch to switch rooms after checking in because the toilet didn’t flush in the first room, 2nd room wasn’t terrible, rooms and hall way very outdated, the shower curtain the bathroom as disgusting, woke, housekeeper banged on our door the next morning at 9am to see if we had checked out yet?? Breakfast was biscuits and gravy that was cold.

The rug was sticky. They make a point to make your bed. Breakfast on picture online look like is not the same. They offer only eggs as protein. Cold cereal, waffles, yogurt, some sweets stuff, oatmeal, apple juice and orange juice. Fruit only banana..

Everything we wanted was provided and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average. Having an excellent Mexican restaurant in the same building was great.
