The place is very old. Doesn't look appealing. Constant sewer smell in the bathroom.

Dear Sir,
Kindly take note that we have renovated this apartment building six months ago and there are no such odd comments about its age. You must also record the dairly housekeeping work that our team is performing with proper hygienic products to maintain the good and healthy rooms and environment. We are thus surprised by your unjustified comments that is completely out of tune.
We've not even received any single report from you on that regard.
Kindly review yourself in future before making such comments which will put in line the good reputation of your host.
