The room was beautiful and so clean. The staff were welcoming, and helped us with our luggage. Great location!

Nice place with friendly staff
Publié le 3 oct. 2024 sur HotelsNice place and very friendly but very relaxed staff. Breakfast was very basic. The room was a bit claustrophobic and felt very used and needing refurbishment. The bathroom was ok but nothing special. I guess it’s ok for the price considering the location.

The best place to stay in London
Publié le 25 sept. 2024 sur HotelsOne of the best hotel stays of our lives. Comfortable, spacious rooms... delicious food and drinks and the most amazing staff that made the stay a joy. We wanted to move in.
We loved that it wasn't in a tourist area. Transport was ridiculously easy. We can't wait to go back.

We loved our stay here. Beautiful back garden, quaint room. spotless. We loved the cookies, coffee, tea and snacks they provide in the room. They even provide fresh milk in the cute SMEG mini fridge and replenished each day
Staff was attentive to our needs and very welcoming. Great pub on site to hang out for drinks. They even welcome your fur babies, bring your dogs. dog cookies and water bowls were avail so they can join in . We didn't have a dog, but loved seeing the wee ones that were there.
The only thing that was difficult for me was no elevator. We were on the top floor. Staff carried our bags up and back done without hesitation. The building is historic and kept to how it would have been. Built the muscles up in my legs.
If you can't do stairs, request a lower room. I highly recommend and when we come back to England, this would be my first pick of places to stay again.
So close to tube and lovely area to be in.

Cute and nice dining but can be loud for guests trying to sleep
Rooms are smaller than presented
