Terrible hotel Shower was broken< Window was rotten and would not open, Floor was not level and the mattress was nothing more than a prison mattress you see in the movies with a sheet on it!!!!! I walked out after 1 night and burned the remaining 2 nights DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!!

Al llegar la chica de recepción nos has dado una habitación .. en 5 min cuando llego otra persona vino la chica y no has quitado el Habitacion y le ha dado a otra gente . Y luego no has metido en sotano en otra habitación horrible . muy muy muy sucia cuando hable con ella no mi ha hecho caso , el café en suelo los baños muy sucios , entiendo que el hotel está bien de precio pero eso no significa que nos va a tratar tan mal ..

Never again. What a disgrace.
Publié le 25 sept. 2024 sur HotelsFrom start to finish the hotels were terrible. Hotel 1. Uneven broken floor, bedside cabinet falling off the wall, poo in the toilet, tv falling off the wall, no hot water in the shower and shower train overflowing. So they changed us to a sister hotel.
2nd hotel room 1
Wet carpet, damp and mouldy walls, marks all over walls, Hard mattress, no hot water in the shower and shower tray over flowing and to hanging off the wall.
2nd hotel room 2
Marks all over wall, no tv aerial, tv hanging off the wall, marks all over the wall, no way to keep the window open, shower worked though. Also, knew I was disabled but put us on the third floor!

Publié le 11 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was quite cheap and so limited in facilities, eg there was no hangar or place to hang my suit in the room and no tea/coffee. However it was clean and bed was fine.
Best of all was the service. The receptionist when I arrived was friendly and helpful but best of all, I had to ask the overnight staff member for help with something in the middle of the night and the staff member spent over an hour solving it for me - above and beyond what I could have expected
