I liked how everything was walkable and very close to the underground (train).

Charming hotel and staff are friendly and helpful. I love the area 5 minutes walk to PIMLICO station and 20 minutes walk to Victoria station and Buckingham Palace. The hotel is basic. The room and bathroom is small and no AC. It’s okay. Just what I need for 2 nights stay.

Dirty,really small room, carpet in the room and stairs dirty.It’s not worth for 320$ canadian for 1 night Never reserve any hotel Western again Bad experience

Basic hotel with average amenities, decent price considering it’s in central London. Clean, well run, though a bit dated and quite small. No complaints about service. Well located not far from Victoria station. A few cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Neighbourhood felt safe at night.

Not good. Nice staff but dirty 80s room. Floor boards was wonky. Felt like a wacky warehouse. Shower took a long time to get hot. Going around the hotel felt like a faulty hotel 1980s dirty theme. Sorry but won’t be stating here again

The elevator didn't work. Glad we were only one flight up. I thought I booked a property with air conditioning, this hotel didn't have a/c. The breakfast was good but overpriced.

Pleasantly surprised

Based on some of the other reviews, we didn’t know what to expect, so we were pleasantly surprised! The front desk people were very helpful answering questions and calling taxis for us. Yes the room and bathroom were very small, but we had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Air conditioning would have been nice since we came during a heat wave, but we always travel with a tiny 6” fan, so it moved the air around just enough. We did not have the breakfast so can’t comment on it. We would stay here again if we came back to London in the future.
