Très bel appartement avec une terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle , très propre . Malheureusement impossible de dormir sur le canapé lit du salon , matelas vraiment en très mauvais état! Dommage vu le prix de l’appartement ! Le lit de la chambre très confortable par contre . Il manquerait aussi 2-3 petits détails en cuisine : 1 torchons , une vraie cafetiere .

Très calme, bon prix vu la prestation pour Londres

Hotel très confortable, récent. Vraiment très calme, nous avons bien dormi. La chambre "Appartement supérieur" correspond à la "One Bedroom Apartment with Internal Balcony", très bien équipé, lave-linge/seche linge notamment, qui marche bien. La clim/ventilation est bruyante, mais il est possible de la couper complètement la nuit. Des bus passent en bas de l'immeuble pour amener vers les arrêts de métro/DLR, si on ne veut pas faire les 5 minutes à pied. A noter, une organisation de la réception à revoir. Il sont joignables par whatsapp, ça n'est pas efficace, la communication est difficile. J'ai aussi eu un petit problème le premier soir, il manquait une couette pour le canapé lit, ça a été difficile d'en obtenir une. L'hôtel a fait un geste pour rattraper cela (alors que je ne demandais rien), mais j'ai du les contacter plusieurs fois pour l'obtenir. Avec ces petits problèmes d'organisation réglés, ça serait au top!

Poor arrangement of my two studio apartment.V v far away for my two rooms and also i need to wait until 5:30pm to get one of the room.I was told it was cleaned yet.Thisvis not good excuse

I've been worrying about not able to open my suitcase since I found out the lock was broken before I boarded on the plane from Hong Kong. When I asked for help from staff at the reception late at night (after 10pm), they were very keen to look for ways to solve the problem even with limited tools. Finally, my suitcase was opened and I could use the things inside!!! We're super thankful for their help!!! Plus: the apartment was excellent!! The rooms were tidy & comfortable. The coffee was tasty and it is just 10-15 min walk from Canary Wharf station. We will definitely stay here again if we have any future trips to London!

Great location. Bedding and other equipment (air conditioner) are a bit tired. Very helpful staff.
