The apartment is in a good location. It is let down by poor soundproofing.

Location is good. However there is no onsite property manager or counter. No luggage storage and do not have the warm atmosphere of welcome like the hotel. Need to email the staff to turn on the stove. Checkin time is not flexible. We stayed there for 4 days, no house keeping. No garbage collection bin outside the unit. All garbage will stay in your for the length of your stay. Need to pay $40 for house keeping on top of the cleaning fee you already paid in the booking. Actual room is smaller than the pictures on the website

Crane Court is an unmanned property as stated on Expedia’s website and there is no reception desk per se, therefore this should not have been expected. That said, our team is available 24/7 and you have received an immediate assistance when you contacted us about a stove, which was working perfectly fine, but you were unsure how to switch it on. Check-in time is from 3pm (also indicated on your booking confirmation) as in a majority of service apartments, simply so that our team have sufficient time to provide a full cleaning service between departures and new arrivals. When possible, however, we always facilitate an early check-in or assist with the storage of the luggage.Please kindly note that the complimentary cleaning service in the apartments is provided weekly, not daily, which is clearly indicated on Expedia. Apartments are run differently than hotels, but again – our team would have been happy to assist you had you contacted us. Nonetheless, we are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us and hope your next London experience will be in a more suited property.Warm regards,Malgosia

we adored our stay at Crane Courts, the apartment was perfectly located in the city and was perfectly equipped for our stay. Only constructive comment, bed mattress quality is so so and the apartment could use AC. Besides that, perfect. And City2stay staff have been exemplary in responding by email or phone to any booking or apartment issues or questions we had including reaching out for forgotten glasses. Really recommended

Great interior and appliances, comfortable bed. Beware internet was too slow!! Only 3mbps and it would drop frequently.
