Pour : pratique mai manque accès au microonde comme c'etais décris dans la description
Contre : service de chambre ménage et changement des serviettes avoir plus d'information sur la ville ou les alentour une carte
Emplacement : juste a cote du Métro très pratique a 25mn centre de Londres
pas mal avec une petit période

depuis mon retour de plus ces sales types qui ont mon adresse se retrouvent jusqu'à mon voisinage...
De plus, ce n'est absolument pas un hôtel, c'est une vile chambre d'hôte où l'on vous filme à votre insu et où le STAFF, tout en vous visionnant se marre et petit déjeune à côté du gest !!!
Ils m'ont volé dix pound, je vous le déconseille totalement.
Pour ceux qui pensent que je parle à la légère, allez y vous verrez !

I have no knowledge of who this guest is and the comments made are totally inaccurate for any guests staying at my guest house. If the guest would please contact me so that I can look into what there concerns were as I have not had any complaints from guests about my staff. Yes we do have CCTV 24hrs throughout the communal areas within the guest house and externally too which is for all guests safety and for vehicle parked in our car park but certainly no guests are filmed as alleged. This review does not make sense.

Publié le 15 janv. 2016 sur HotelsUne étape d une nuit à proximité de Londres. 30' en métro jusqu'à Piccadilly avec la station à 2 pas. Parking inclus dans le prix. Accueil plus que cordial, très sympathique et chaleureux. Chambre très correcte , confortable et similaire au descriptif. Situation dans un quartier vivant et tout commerce à proximité.
Seul bémol : avions en approche d Heathrow mais pas de bruit la nuit.

We arrived for check in at 1am tired having spent most the day travelling. The person who checked us in was rude and demanded that hotels.com pay for 15 days worth of parking as that is what they saw on their system. They refused to check us in unless £150 was paid in addition to the fee already paid to them for bed and breakfast accommodation. We explained that we didn’t even have a car but they refused to check us in until payment was received. We explained if the booking said we needed 15 days parking then it must be an error and given the booking had only been made 10 minutes earlier could we not sort it out in the morning. Hotels.com kindly sent over new credit card authorisation and we checked in over an hour later.
The room was mediocre at best with dated furniture conwebs all over and a very uncomfortable bed.
They put us in a family room with 3 beds despite only 2 of us checking in. There was barely any room to move inbetween. In the morning when attempting to have breakfast they refused us saying that they wouldn’t honour the breakfast as hotels.com had only paid an additional £90 for the fly drive parking we had not requested and they wanted the full £150.
Awful service, rude management and unsightly rooms. AVOID this 2* accommodation and service!!!

Picked this hotel because of location close to the airport. Turns out it is one block from the central station in Hounslow . There is a subway that goes directly to green park close to the Buckingham palace., subway also goes to the airport only a few minutes away. The hotel is an 1880s mansion converted into a bed and breakfast. Two blocks from the main street with lots of shopping in good places to eat, there is also a 24 hour convenience store right across the street. Would highly recommend this motel but don’t expect it to be like the Hyatt much more charming and like going back in time. Highly recommend

I did not like any thing about the property . the family room extremely small ., not worth the money they was asking., They try to overcharge you for every thing even taxi ride to the airport.

The facility was very close to the Hounslow Central tube station, as advertised. However, we were not prepared for all of the stairs on the property. Our room was on the 3rd floor, and the main floor was one level up from the street, so effectively we were on the 4th floor. The breakfast room was on the ground floor, below the main floor. This property was not a good choice for an older couple with limited ability to handle stairs. We also misunderstood the room we would have. We were given the impression that we could request a room with a king bed, but were given a "family" room, with an ordinary double bed and two additional single beds. This did not work well for us, but another party might appreciate a 4-person room. The facility was clean, and bedding was good, but atmosphere and decor were basic, and overall we did not see it as a good value for what we paid.
