Had so many issues with the keycards not working. Had to have them redone at least 4 times which was annoying. Then had an issue with the parking ticket I paid for to get out. Not a terrible hotel or stay just got a bit annoying for the end of my vacation abroad.

Have a car, want to see London & get to LHR easily

Efficient stay for Heathrow - with a short walk to the train to London (ticket approx £20 for a zone 1-9 day card). Parking was $25 so if you factor those two things in your daily budget and then need a quick way to the airport then this was an excellent place to stay for a few nights.

It’s an airport hotel so I don’t have very high standards. However, the room was dirty. We were in room 3059. The carpet was stained with darker dirt stains all around the room as well as white splatters next to the bed. I shudder to think what that could be, I think it was bodily fluid. The headboard is upholstered and there were clearly stains of greasy heads on it. I could not believe housekeeping released this room, it’s the dirtiest room I’ve ever been in. On the positive, it’s easily reached from the airport terminal, checkin was quick, bathroom was small but sufficient.
