The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Booked a room with 2 queen beds, but were given 2 doubles instead. Looks like they were renovating the place because the hallway was dirty with paint.

I was extremely upset on Saturday the evening of December 21st when I went to go check in at the Days Inn, in London. I pre payed for my room and the reservation was confirmed through my email and Expedia app. When I went to check in at the hotel they wouldn’t let me use my debit visa ( which I already used for the reservation of my room) they also wouldn’t accept cash. I found this super inconvenient as I don’t currently have a credit card. If I could please receive my refund of $93.09 for the room as I didn’t use it. Thank you. Taylor Falkenstern

Property is under renovations(which we were not aware of). Our room didnt have a proper lock, there was no plug for the bathtub and when asked about one they said they dont have plugs in any rooms so bathing young children is near impossible. One of the beds was broken. Will not stay there again.

Under renovation! But rooms smelt of smoke ! Bath walls were moldy! We did not use the bath tub because of the mold and there was only one bath towel in a room for four people. We will never stay there again!!

We spent Christmas Eve at the hotel and, unfortunately, our stay was disappointing from the start. An older woman was struggling to climb the stairs at the rear entrance to the property, and she appeared to be homeless. The building appeared to be under heavy renovation while being rented -- littered with paint shavings, paint mask parts, and rubbish. Our room was very far from reception even though we asked for a closer room due to my wife's sciatica; and we found a live cockroach in our room. Unfortunately, the bed was also quite soft. The room itself was OK but the entire hotel is dated and needs at least $1 million in renovation (smoke alarms are obsolete and I doubt they all work); our phone in the room just did not work and an outlet on the lamp stand did not work, forcing me to use another outlet. Finally, this hotel has "shared balconies" on the second floor, allowing anyone from street level to walk (not climb) onto them and to stand outside the sliding glass door to the room, which several "guests" did, causing us some concern (they could be anyone including people from the area). The restaurant was closed even though it was Christmas Eve (and closed the next day), so, all in all, we won't be staying at this hotel again.

Nice man at reception
The front desk against was fantastic. He was on the phone when I got there but he nodded to acknowledge me. He was efficient and polite and friendly. It was Friday night and I am sad I don’t remember his name.
