Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HotelsLa chambre avec plusieurs lits est Idéal pour une famille, il manque un point d’eau dans la chambre pour se laver les mains ou remplir les gourdes. Le bémol ce sont les toilettes en commun qui se sont salies rapidement. À part cela c’est complètement autonome et convivial, l’accueil est super à l’arrivée.

Au niveau de hygiène il faut vérifier car les draps sont sales.

I stayed here for one night in triple room and the overall experience was below average. The room was not properly cleaned and there were hairs on the bed and in the bathroom (i took photos of them). The beds were very uncomfortable and I couldn’t sleep properly whole night. The bathroom was smelly too and i had to spray my perfume in order to lower smell coming out to bedroom.
The only plus side was the check in process and staff. I check in process was smooth and Venn was a kind guy who guided me the directions to the property.
Overall, I would say that property needs a bit of maintenance and perhaps a change in cleaning standards.

I am sorry that you did not find the room cleaned on this occasion, if you had only notified us at the time of checking in, I would have ensured that thew issue would been rectified.

Felt like a hostel
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsThe beds were extremely uncomfortable.The accommodations felt more like a youth hostel than that of a guest house. It was the most affordable option in the area, but that being said- you get what you pay for.

Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsQuite easy to find, good set up, and nice room/space for family. Clean and comfortable beds. No kitchen but didn't really matter for one night and was a shared toilet with other residents so a bit of waiting around but knew this from the booking so not a criticism. Shower didn't work though.

Pathetic property, zero customer service.
The weather being hot I called and requested Fans but was told that they don’t provide one and was advised to bring our own. Who does that? Fans are basic. Shocking!!
The room was terribly hot and only the front windows will open. I was staying with family with two kids and could not leave it open for safety as the room was located on ground floor.
The room was unbearably hot and non of could sleep. I ended up opening the window so that it can become a bit cooler. I stayed awake so that I can watch the window for no one breaking in.
The cutlery and crockery provided was dirty. Not even a single bottle of water provided. It’s basic custom to provide water to travellers. Its cost like £1.00 may be. They have a small fridge which is empty but no water. Shameful!!
There was only one bathroom for about four rooms with other occupants.
It was a nightmare choosing that place and shocked to know why are they even allowed to operate as business.
I will be writing to trading standards and also Expedia and will put a complaint.

The Guest knew prior to his arrival that there was no fans provided & he knew that room he had booked was a shared bathroom with one other room not 4 as he states and being on the ground floor. the property is set back from the main road ,so it was safe to have windows open. Other guests had their windows opened.I suggest that he checks the details prior to booking rather than blaming it on the Guest House.

My daughter and i stayed for one night as had an early start away from home for a funeral. The solitude and peaceful ambiance was perfect for our stay. We had a good nights sleep, in preparation for our difficult day ahead.
