Nice hotel but TV and AC issues

Frustratingly the air con kept switching off so I had to leave the window open - the traffic and stormy weather kept me up all night.
The TV has limited channels and although it was working fine in the evening, it kept going on standby in the morning.

Overall was ok but on arrival always ask to stay wit d window facing the courtyard because the main road side hotel is very busy and drivers horn all the time!

1.Provision of air conditioning should be looked onto.
2. Look into the possibility of providing ramps alongside staircases outside the lifts. This will help people with heavy suitcases.

The air con was very very noisy and kept us awake for most of the night. The outside temp was very warm so could not turn off the air con.
The room was right next to a busy road junction so unable to open a window instead. So a
Poor nights sleep was had by both of us.
