The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciate the extension on our parking pass. There should be security present in the lobby. There were people camped out in a nook by the entrance. There were people camped out in the parking garage. And there was a person having a mental health crisis in the lobby. Not very safe or inviting. I reserved a room for 3 people. There wasn't enough towels, shampoo or coffee. The chair and carpet in the room are stained.

Unfortunately next room was acting at 2am if it was 2 pm. That went on for a second night. No action seemed to have been taken. I was told that the administration would look into compensating me (and the other rooms around ).it has been 4 days and no news. Too bad, nice hotel. Could not sleep between 2-4 am for two nights.

It's convenient to stay and the parking lot seems safe to use. The area is not as desirable as there is ongoing construction, rowdy random people and no cafe or restaurant nearby.
