Nice hotel in Angel
The hotel is well situated in the Angel section of London. The hotel staff were great! The room was clean, and the lobby area was nice. The only complaint is that the room was really hot with no way to cool it, and the rooms were kind of dated and can use a refresh. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay and would stay again if visiting Angel.

The first room i was given had a very strong smell , not pleasant. The second room was freezing cold, then all through the night, i kept being woken by what sounds like lift cables fro the building next-door. Not impressed

There wasn't enough tea and milk in the room. The room is only average and not good enough for a 4 star hotel. Check-in wasn't smooth as the person didn't know what they were doing and told me my card had been declined when I had already got confirmation before.

Decent hotel to stay in for a trip to London. Conveniently located near underground stations (King’s Cross and Angel). Bathroom wasn’t cleaned the best, multiple strands of hair found across the bath tub. Rooms are pretty old but have everything you need. There is a refurbished section so perhaps that is better.
