Personnel de l'accueil non professionnel. Ils ont choisi de refuser le paiement avec des billets tjs valables légalement, juste parce que de nouveaux billets ont été mis en circulation.
Résultat : une course jusqu'à la banque pour changer les billets.
Le personnel du restaurant est aux petits soins.
Le personnel de nettoyage est sympathique et professionnel.

Very disappointed that no shuttle service to Terminal 4 Heathrow. Ad said shuttle service to airport. It did not say “except terminal 4”!
