An entire Luxury 2 bed townhouse in the heart of Clerkenwell. Great location just off the trendy Exmouth Market. 5* accommodation. 2 private roof terraces, Jacuzzi, BBQ, Sonos, Sparkling & Boiling water taps, top of the range Jura coffee machine, Air Conditioning, underfloor heating & two ensuites.
This spacious 2 bedroom house is very unique as it offers luxury contemporary design in central London with 2 outdoor private terraces. One terrace has a Jacuzzi, seating area and outdoor speakers, the other a BBQ & dining table and chairs with an electric canape. Both terraces have outdoor heaters. The two bedrooms are en-suites with super king size Vi-spring beds, White Company Bedding and Towels and Cowshed products to use throughout your stay. There is also Air Conditioning fitting in both bedrooms. The kitchen/living area is fully equipt with top of the range appliances including an induction hob, oven, chilled sparkling & still filtered water tap, a boiling water tap, top of the range Jura coffee machine, Kitchen Aid, NutriBullet and a large selection of condiments. We have a Sonos music system with speakers in every room and terraces which you can control from an app on your phone or the ipad provided for use during your stay. The house is also equipt with Apple TVs & Netflix. The whole house is fitted with underfloor heating and is professionally cleaned for your arrival.

Guests will have private access to the whole house and all amenities.

We will not be present during your stay. Guests will be welcomed into the property and shown everything that they need to know and then left to enjoy their stay. I will be available 24/7 by phone for any questions or help during or in the lead up to your stay.

The house is in a fantastic central London location in Clerkenwell, Zone 1, just next to the trendy Exmouth market, a lovely street with excellent restaurant, bars, cafes and shops. The house is a short walk to Angel, Upper Street and the Business Design Center. 20 minute walk to Covent Garden, Oxford Street & Soho. Also close to the fashionable Shoreditch.

There are several tube stations within walking distance. Closest is Farringdon (10 minutes), Angel (12 minutes) & Russell Square & Kings Cross (15 minutes). Several bus stops to central London located right outside the house. Farringdon also has a direct train to and from Gatwick Airport which takes only 40 minutes. Russell Square is on the Piccadilly line which goes directly to Heathrow Airport. There is Pay & Display parking outside the house (free on Saturadys after 1.30pm and Sundays) or an NCP nearby and several bicycle hire stations around the corner (Borris Bikes).

The entire house is triple glased and has a heat ventilation system bringing a constant flow of filtered fresh air, the bedrooms also have Air Conditioning. We provide tennis rackets & table tennis bats and balls for use on the tennis court & table tennis table in the local Spa fields Park. These are free to use.

Très bon séjour
La propriétaire est charmante et disponible pour répondre à toutes les questions. La location est très sympa et propre. Elle est bien située nous sommes venus à pied de Saint-Pancrasse. La prochaine fois on espère profiter de la terrasse !

The location of the townhouse was great with cafes and buses very close. It was very clean, tidy and comfortable.Unfortunately the shower in the second bathroom did not work our entire stay.Access through the main front door of the property is quite difficult with a very old door that must be shut quite firmly to close it. With other guests staying in the downstairs accommodation the banging of the door late at night and early hours of the morning is inconvenient and annoying.With narrow steep staircases to the bedrooms and living area large heavy suitcases can be a problem.

Great Location: easy walk to the tube station/bus stops right at the corner
The location of the property is great, easy transportation via bus or tube to all major attractions. Several pubs, restaurants and convenience stores steps away from the property. The property was well described in pictures and summery. The coffee maker was exceptional, a lovely way to start the morning. What we (a group of 4 ladies) did experience was the property was very cold, despite having a nest controller, the living area which is located on the second story from the street was unbelievably cold. So cold that even when increasing the nest thermostat, the heat never took over the upstairs, unfortunately this prohibited us from using the common space and took away from us spending time together in the morning or after long days of walking/sightseeing. The outdoor terrace off the kitchen was a great spot for getting some fresh air. The smaller of the 2 bedrooms was small without a lot of storage for clothing and belongings. I was certain that I detected a strong odor of a litter box which was covered up by room deodorizers placed in the common entry space and kitchen. Host response time was days to many hours leading up to our arrival as well as during our stay.

Disappointing. Good Location, Decent Stay,
First off, the location is great. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, pubs and shops. Very cool area. However, when we arrived to check-in, the house was not cleaned whatsoever or ready for our stay. There were dirty dishes and old towels on the ground from previous renters. The key wasn’t in the lockbox so we had to call/msg the host multiple times to sort it out. A housekeeper had to come in and clean which delayed us from checking-in until about 9pm, which unfortunately ruined our plans for getting settled/unpacked and ready for a pre-wedding event that evening. Once we finally checked in, the place was nice. However, a few things to note - the jacuzzi is not hot... it did not warm up the entire time. And the Apple TV/WiFi connection did not work, so we didn't have access to that, or any other streaming services. The studio unit renters downstairs also had issues accessing their key so they kept knocking on our door to help out. Also no garbage bags or paper towels, so we bought some at the store. The actual townhouse itself is cute, lots of room and a very unique layout. Loved the outdoor terrace, and plenty of windows for natural light. So, minus some very frustrating setbacks and major miscommunication with the host, it was a decent stay. We are still currently waiting for our refund from the first night though, as the host said she would reimburse us that cost for the inconvenience. So far, no response or updates on the refund though…

Wonderful place to stay near Exmouth Market
We had such a good time exploring London from Gina’s lovely and beautifully equipped flat. To start with the neighborhood was so fun and really splendid for foodies. As coffee addicts, we were delighted to be right above the excellent Devotion Coffee and walking distance to Prufrock Coffee as well. Right down the block are all the restaurants, cafes, pubs of Exmouth Market. (We appreciated the recommendations and particularly enjoyed Morito ). The flat itself is nicely designed and beautifully equipped with very comfortable beds with good linens, two lovely terraces including a jacuzzi, and a kitchen well stocked for cooking with gifts of fruit, milk and Prosecco. Gina was very pleasant and helpful. We would love to come back.

Deceptive Apartment Description
The location was the best thing about this flat. It was nearby nice eateries. The description of flat is that it has full A/C. The A/C is controlled to medium temperatures and limited to bedrooms. The living spaces (kitchen and living room has no A/C and gets sweltering hot so we could not use these areas. The bedrooms did not cool down enough at night at least for summers but probably fine for late fall-spring months The refrigerator door would not close so refrigerator was not usable for our entire stay. The wall sockets and A/C were not functional for our first day and host did not respond to texts and phone calls to address this until the following day. There is no privacy when you are using the toilet. No door or screen. It is in the same space as shower about 5 feet apart Ants were crawling all over kitchen and living room.

Great location but…
We booked based on the great reviews so maybe we just had a bad week. Fantastic location, and pretty much as pictured (although things are a bit worn). However - we had numerous issues with the apartment. The top drawer of the fridge doesn’t close properly and we ended up with spoiled food. The dishwasher would not run, and actually cotained some bits of broken glass when we arrived. The tap for drinking water is inoperative… when I asked the host, she answered that a previous guest had broken it but it would be repaired on Tuesday. Still broken when we left on Saturday. The Jura coffee maker was lovely once we found the directions (not where the guidebook said they’d be) but stopped “seeing” our ground coffee on day three. There was no corkscrew in the kitchen… we purchased one at the wine shop across the way and left it. No trash bags… host provided more a couple days later. Fan in the living room did not work so a new one was delivered… hopefully future guests will enjoy it once a battery is installed in the remote. The floors need a really deep cleaning throughout. Lots of hair that didn’t come from us, and our socks were pretty gross in the ‘no-shoe’ space. Did I mention the ants?

Spacious well located London flat
Very well located flat near many restaurants and shops. Easy access to central London by foot or public transport. Spacious for a family of 4. Comfortable beds, nice linens although could have used a sheet (only had comforter). Unfortunately we had ants in the kitchen the first morning, and then water leaking from the water filter all over the floor the second morning and throughout our stay. Also the AC units in the bedrooms make a loud random buzzing sound that wakes up light sleepers.

The neighborhood is central to so many things and getting around was really easy. The place was clean and had good space. The owner is very polite and does respond to questions, though it may take a bit. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was fine, but the jacuzzi never really warmed up so we couldn’t use it. Magical Local Neighborhood
We arrived to this charming neighborhood a bit early before our check-in time. The host allowed us to drop our bags until cleaning was complete. It gave us a couple of hours to wander around and explore the neighborhood. There are lots of charming restaurants, shops and a park all within walking distance. Once we checked in we were able to enjoy the apartment. There are a few stairs so make sure you are capable of taking your luggage up a flight. The apartment was clean and beautiful. It looks just like the photos. Plenty of space for our family of four. The washer and dryer is a big bonus. After our long flight, we wanted to all take showers but the hot water was not working. The host was quick to fix the problem and had someone there within the hour. We were grateful for the speedy response. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We appreciate how attentive the host was to our needs and how modern and lovely the apartment was.

exploring a new part of London
The apt was as described - pretty impressive when we walked in, once through the very old and at times challenging front door. I was a little unprepared for the steepness of stairs between levels as we are in our seventies. We could manage them well but if our friends (who ended up not coming) had joined us they would have presented an issue. Generally a great stay other than big problems with the heat......apparently a water pressure issue. The host, Gina was very responsive in trying to help....exacerbated by record cold in London.

Fantastic place in Exmouth Market
You literally never need to leave the neighbourhood for amazing restaurants, shops, coffee, and pubs. Visited Devotion coffee every morning just below the flat which is incredible, and Caravan breakfast just over the road. Flat was comfortable and clean and perfect for our 3 days in London. The Farringdon tube is a 10 min walk. Wonderful place to stay!

Hang with the Locals while in London
Our family just finished a stay at this place. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit. The home is about ten minutes walk from the nearest tube stop, so it is a neighborhood that locals dominate. There is a local marketplace and store with anything you may need while you are on your stay (pubs, restaurants, groceries). If you're looking for a place that is in the middle of all of the touristy areas of London, you should know that if you stay at this place you will have to plan to go to the touristy areas. The home is in a London neighborhood away from most of that. The property owner was gracious in that the property had lots of amenities that are typically not available to a vacation owner. There was plenty of tea and coffee, condiments, and even some goodies that were left for us to enjoy. We had no issues getting in and out and the communication was exactly what we needed. The home has fabulous amenities. Between the whole-house sound system that we were able to connect to, televisions in each bedroom as well as the living room, the barbecue on a rooftop deck, or the rooftop deck, the home is ready to entertain. The only thing to consider is that in the summer when it is warm, the living area on the third floor of the flat has no air conditioning as was very warm. For summer rentals, I would consider this. If that doesn't bother you, the place is a slam dunk. We would highly recommend it. for multiple couples, or for a small family.

Traumhaus in Traumlage
Tolles Haus, genauso wie beschrieben. Sehr zentral, nur 10 Min. zu Farrington und 15 Min. zu KingsCross U-Bahn-Station. Wir haben einen tollen Aufenthalt in London mit der Familie gehabt. Das Haus war absoult ein Traum. Wir haben gut geschlafen und obwohl es mittendrin ist, ist es absolut ruhig im Haus. Die Dachterrasse war toll. Ich kann es für einen Städttrip mit Familie absolut empfehlen. Gina war jederzeit erreichbar. Für uns eine wunderbar Erinnerung!

Luxurious home base for exploring London
This fabulous property was the perfect home base for exploring London! It was within walking distance of all the major attractions (we had no problem walking to the Tower, the Globe, Big Ben, etc., but we also had no problem getting picked up by Uber when we didn't feel like walking). There are lots of great restaurants nearby. The property itself was absolutely beautiful (if you can believe it, it was even better than the pictures), with spacious bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The host was very generous in terms of towels, toilet paper, any other items that many hosts scrimp on, and there was even a fruit basket and bottle of prosecco waiting for us when we checked in. I would definitely stay again if given the opportunity!

Really nice place
We had a nice stay. Location is great with bus service right out side the door for 3 stops. Love the little market across the street. Numerous places to eat in walking distance. Loved all the offerings the apartment had. Apartment has lots of stairs and it is on a very busy street that is noisy all hours fo the day and night.
