Concierge were quite friendly specifically Paolo from Italy.
Moreover, reception was helpful and provide me with late checkout.

Publié le 4 déc. 2019 sur HotelsThe hotel has a great location. But I did not like the breakfast system, my reservation was including the breakfast but I paid extra cash in check out. In general I’m a big fan of Jumeirah hotels, however I will not stay at the Grosvenor hotel again. I felt I paid a big amount of money for nothing. Sorry but this is my feelings.
