This was truly the worst experience I've had in a hotel, having travelled more than 100 times just in the last two years. I arrived late due to train delays at the hotel, and they told me that I had overbooked my room and that I had to go to another hotel, the Ibis Styles 10min away by car.
The person at the counter kept saying that this was not their fault and I just had to accept that and adapt.
I had to pay my own cab and go further than where I wanted to stay initially, to a hotel chain that I despise. When I got there, they sent me to a tiny bedroom, whereas I had reserved an executive room. The General Manager (of both hotels), Funmi, was nowhere to be found, did not try to reach me during my stay and only called me when I was already on my way back.
I am really disappointed of such a management and customer service and would not recommend any hotel managed by that person
