Dear whom this may concern
I stayed at the hilton Hotel on the 13th August for one night on a special occasion with my partner as we like this hotel and have stayed before which was pleasant.
Unfortunately we were very disappointed this time for various reasons. Only one channel worked on the TV and as we were trying to fix it, we had a complaint about noise. It made us feel very uncomfortable for the rest of the evening as we weren't actually making any.
In the morning I woke to make us coffee to find there was no milk, coffee or sugar. I called reception which then took 20 minutes for someone to bring.
I wouldn't usually complain as I like this hotel but I found the stay very unsatisfying and feel that I have to email, we paid £120 so as you can understand I'm very disappointed.
If there's anything that can be done il be very grateful

Nice hotel and good location. The only downside is £15.00 to park the car overnight. Daylight robbery!

Overall extremely happy!

Breakfast had a large variety to reject from. All in all a great stay.
Will definitely return.
