Not that good
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe app didn’t mention that all the facilities of the hotel are closed including the room service then we checken in they took 100 pounds deposit per room when it was only 50 pounds the last time even though there is no service !

Renovation nightmare

Nice room bad amenities

However there was no chest of drawers or end tables with drawers for clothes. Also the restaurant bar and gym were closed while we were there for renovation.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location for Oxford St. The rooms are very clean, modern and ours was spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a pleasant stay although lost stars due to refurbishment work that meant no kitchen facilities.
We weren't told they'd be no breakfast via a member of staff, just a laminated piece of paper on our rooms which we found later that evening as we were out .
The alternative was to pay again for a delivery from a well known food delivery company which was extortionate for a few breakfasts.
The hotel said I'd get my money back for the breakfasts wed already paid for from my original booking via my tour operator (meaning hotels.com I'm guessing)
Not sure I will though.
