Personnel tres disponible, souriant et à l'écoute. Ils ont vraiment le sens du mot "service". Proche des commodites. Arret de bus devant l'hotel. Bref, tout tres bien ! Il manque juste que le petit dejeuner soit un english breakfast.

Great spot

Stayed here 2 years ago for our anniversary, and came back this year for our anniversary. Love the spot, it is economical, and though the room is small, it is comfortable, and the staff is accomodating. Checked in early, and there is a secure bag drop if you want to do that as well. It is super close to central London, easy commute to Soho or the sights and the price was right!

The location was good but the room was so incredibly small that we could barely turn around. And for $190/night, it was a bit overpriced. The staff was really nice, but it is a budget hotel and is just that.

Rooms were very small. Fan was very dirty and lots of dust coming out of it. It was very hot in the room even though it was in the month of Sep 2024.
